New York City announced the launch of the City Cleanup Corps (CCC), a New Deal-inspired economic recovery program to directly create 10,000 jobs and make New York City the cleanest, greenest city in the United States. The official logo and poster were designed and inspired Roosevelt-era New Deal imagery and the original U.S. CCC logo.
